N. Thomas - Executive Director
Mr. Joe N. Thomas has served in the capacity of Executive Director
of Visions of Manhood, Inc. since it's inception. A former wide
reciever for the FSU football team, Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Leisure Services and Studies as well as
a minor in Coaching from Florida State University. |

R. Jones - Assistant Executive Director
Rev. Dr. Jones serves as the Assistant Executive Director as
well as the Father Social Worker for the Agency. A past pastor
of Saint James CME Church in Tallahassee, he holds a Master's
degree in Theology and a Doctoral degree in Ministry. |

Alfred A. Colson - Youth Prevention Coordinator
Mr. Alfred A. Colson has served as the Youth Prevention Coordinator
for the past five years. During that time, he has impacted the
lives of more then 3,500 youths. He was previously involved
with the Walker Ford Community Center and as Club Director for
the local Boys & Girls club. |

Rachel L. Oliver - Administrative Assistant
Ms. Rachel L. Oliver is a graduate of Florida A&M University.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration
and an MBA. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Business
writing. |
